Our Spark
Support Within One Benefits EcoSystem
The employee benefits landscape is fragmented, with single-point solutions scattered across the industry, leaving serious gaps in supporting today’s workforce. Physical, mental, and emotional health are treated separately, causing a disconnect in overall wellbeing. Traditional programs – disease management, employee assistance, financial wellness, walking challenges – meant to fill those gaps continue to silo aspects of people’s lives, resulting in large segments of employee populations being underserved or outright overlooked.
WellSpark brings employee wellbeing into one ecosystem designed to address the complicated needs of the modern worker and make sure no one falls through the cracks.
We see each person as the sum of everything in their life; from their culture, to their social circle, to their home life, to their physical health and beyond. With this life-dimensional perspective, we meet people where they are and provide personalized, culturally-relevant solutions that move them toward lasting change.
Health Certifications and Recognitions
Our well-being solutions are certified for information security by the Health Information Trust (HITRUST) Alliance.
Our health risk assessment earned the Wellness and Health Promotion certification from the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA).
Our Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP) has been recognized as exceeding national averages of traditional CDC programs.
